Thank you for shopping with DigitalDrive! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer shipping within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping — FREE (7–12 business days depending on item fulfillment location)

  • Expedited Shipping — $4.99 at checkout (Prioritized order queue & 3–7 business days delivery)

Note: Depending on stock and warehouse availability, items in a multi-item order may ship separately.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Damages & Missing Items

DigitalDrive is not liable for products damaged or lost during carrier transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us directly at purpleshootingstar21@gmail.com so we can assist you with a claim.
